I am looking for a Non Smoker Single Male/Female Student/Professional to share the House. This is a Semi Detached House at Ford Road, Dagenham, RM10. You will share the house with three professional Male. Kitchen, Bathroom- Toilet, Dinning, Garden, Central Heating. I have one Large Double Master Room spare and looking for one person. So, total only 4 person will share the house at single person at each room.

We are working full time and looking for housemates who like to share with less people and keep quiet and tidy. That is why we are renting double room to single person.

Monthly rent only £750 inc all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, Unlimited Superfast Wireless Internet, Tv Licence). So, no extra cost...all included in rent.

Less than 5 mins walk to Dagenham Heathway Underground Station for District Line. Bus stop only 2 min to Bus 173, 174, 175.

Really great place to live as local shops, restaurant, Superstores like ASDA, ALDI, Tesco, B&M, TK Max, KFC within walking distance. Postcode is RM10 9JP.
