Shared room next to station

Hi,
A shared room is available in a 2 bed flat with another working professional. Currently 2 male are living in the 2 bedrooms and one of the flat mate would like to share his room with another person to cover the cost of the rent.

All the bills are included and he is looking for a neat and clean person to share the room with. 2 separate bed and wardrobes are available in the room.

The room which is available will be shared and the toilet is shared among 3 person including you.

The property is furnished and is on the high street next to the station.
