**2 Rooms Available in a Shared Household**

We are offering two rooms for rent in a welcoming shared home. Couples are welcome, and the rent will be adjusted accordingly for double occupancy.

As the homeowner, I am often away for work, typically spending between 4 to 12 days per month at the property. This provides a peaceful and quiet living environment.

The home features a well-equipped kitchen with hobs, a fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dryer, making it ideal for comfortable living.

The house has aircon throughout and temperature is controlled individually in each room, so no worries of being too hot or too cold based on what others are doing.

We are also open to a family taking both rooms if desired.

Please note that we maintain a halal and alcohol-free household. No parties allowed but you are allowed visitors periodically.

The rent includes part of bills. Share of electric bills is billed separately
