You would be living with the landlady - me. The kitchen has all the important amenities like microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a massive garden. You will have plenty of cupboard space for all your utensils and food.

I am looking for a friendly, tidy, professional female, who doesn't smoke. I do not allow any pets.

I would require references and three months worth of payslips. I would require one months rent upfront, and one months rent upfront as a deposit before you get the keys.
