- Spacious double room, fully furnished — comes with a double ottoman bed, three-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and full-length mirror
- Large private bathroom directly opposite the room, for the lodger's sole use (off-suite)
- All bills included

**I'm looking for a female lodger who ideally:**
- Works from home no more than once a week
- Is clean and tidies up after herself
- Takes pride in keeping a tidy, comfortable space
- Is respectful and considerate

**About me:**
- Live-in landlord who cares deeply about my home and looks after it
- Working professional, mainly in the office during the week
- Fairly private and quiet — I tend to keep to myself
