Can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference (Bed frame, mattress & wardrobe).
Suitable for one person.

Located in Batts House (RM9), the flat is clean, calm, and well-kept. You’ll be sharing with me, and I’m keen to maintain a peaceful and respectful home environment. Shared areas include the kitchen, bathroom, and living space (all furnished)
Transport:
Just a 5-minute walk to Dagenham Dock station, with fast C2C connections:
* 1–2 stops to West Ham (for Jubilee, District & Hammersmith & City lines)
* Around 20 minutes to Fenchurch Street (walking distance to Bank)
* Approx 15mins walk to District line (Dagenham Heathway)
Rent:
£900 per month (great value for the area)
Availability:
Flexible, ideally from May 2026
About you:
Ideally a tidy and considerate person who values a calm home. This would suit someone working full-time and looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to live. As I’m a female living here, I’d prefer to share with another woman.
