Cosy room in family home with free parking

Cosy single room to let in friendly family home, all bills, WiFi and white goods included and free parking space, plus use of the kitchen, bathroom and garden. We are a friendly professional couple in our thirties with a lovely 3 year old daughter, looking for a lodger to enjoy the guest bedroom. The bedroom has curtains, an IKEA Hemnes bed and large chest of drawers, underbed storage, wood flooring and a mirror. It is warm in winter due to a new central heating system. We are out at work mostly in the week but around at evenings & weekends. We are looking for someone kind and friendly to share our home - student or employed.
