Comfy room in family home with free parking

Cosy single room to let in friendly family home, with all bills, WiFi and white goods included and free parking space, plus use of the kitchen, bathroom and garden. We are a friendly professional couple in our thirties with a lovely daughter and son, looking for a lodger to enjoy the guest bedroom. The bedroom has nice curtains, an IKEA Hemnes bed and large IKEA chest of drawers, underbed storage, wood flooring and a mirror. It is warm in winter due to a new central heating system. We are out at work in the week but around at evenings & weekends. We are looking for someone kind and friendly to share our home - student or employed.
