Flat share in brand new Park Quarter development

Hey, I have a lovely bright double bedroom in a brand new two bedroom flat in the new Park Quarter development. The development is right next to Victoria Park.

Beautiful shared open plan kitchen and lounge. Everything in the flat is new. The bedroom comes with a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, there is a large bathroom with bath, overhead shower just opposite your bedroom for shared use, although I do have my own en-suite so it would mainly be used by you! and feel free to add/ change the layout! The flat is still so new - I only moved in September last year.

I am looking for a fun flatmate. I am outgoing and friendly but I also enjoy nights in and a chat after work with a glass of wine. This would suit a professional who works full time. There are cameras/ ring doorbell that you would be able to sign into as added security :)

I have a really friendly Pomeranian dog who is no trouble at all & comes with me most places.

Only 5 minutes away from New Barnet train station with great access to the City , Islington, Finsbury Park and Old Street. The nearest tube stations are High Barnet and Cockfosters.

Share of council tax and electric / heating payable.

Parking is not a problem here.
