Two current flatmates are moving out so I will be the only one in the household, and am hoping to find two new flat mates to share the flat and turn it into a home!
We have two double rooms available, located in East Barnet, North London. £800 a month including all bills and council tax (Band B). Deposit is £750.
There is a big communal lounge area and a big kitchen as well as a shared bathroom and extra toilet, and a little outside space. This is a lovely creative house share - I’ve lived here for nearly three years and adore it!
This three bed flat is really close to several bus stops, and a 10-15 minute walk from Oakleigh Park station, near the Piccadilly and Northern line, a gym, Aldi, Sainsbury’s as well as being located right in the middle of a little village high street with shops, places to eat and a gorgeous country park a 5 minute walk from the front door. It's the best mix of country and city, and also pet friendly!
