Very Large Room

This room is for single occupancy only and for 10months. The room has extensive cupboard space. The bed is a single with new mattress. The room also contains a sofa and TV. The bathroom is shared and downstairs living room, kitchen and garden are for shared use but you're also welcome to your own space in your room.

I have a friendly dog and will be away with work around half the month so you will have the house to yourself often.

Off-road parking for one car to the front of the house driveway.

This is for a full time worker and not working from home.

I do have a third bedroom which I occasionally rent out but only when I am at home and not working.

This room is available from 9th August for a period of 10months. 1months rent required as deposit along with leter from employer as character and proof of employment reference who should also be contactable to confirm reference.

5 minutes walk to bus stop for a access to Heathrow. 15 minutes walk to train station to central London. Otherwise LHR is only a 10minute drive.
