Large fully-furnished room to rent in Eastcote (5 minutes from the underground), with Metropolitan & Picadilly leaving from that station.

Good connection to the center (8 stops away from Baker Street) and fast trains available during peak times. It’s a 3 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms (a full one with bath and a small one with wc & sink only), large living room & kitchen. The flat is fully furnished, with supermarkets & coffee shops right across the street.

The price is £750, and bills are paid separately (around £100, usually less). Council tax is £150 and will be shared between the 2 working professionals. The move in date is beginning of November, possibly earlier depending on my flatmate finding a new place.

I’m 29, and currently studying an MA in Writing for Stage & Broadcast Media. I’m friendly, clean, respectful of other people’s spaces and mindful of noise early mornings/late night and it’s important for me to find someone that shares that. I love baking, reading, going to the theatre and writing. I have my own group of friends in London and I’m out of the house quite a bit, but I’d like to live with someone that I can share a conversation over a glass of something or some food once in a while.

My flatmate works as a nurse in shifts and is lovely but quite tired when she gets home and needs a quiet and peaceful house to rest.

There is another smaller room available in the flat (£500 as my flatmate would be open to taking either of them).
