Well connected single room in nice flat.

Main sell is location, nice safe neighbourhood, quick busses to beckenham or Bromley, at Charing Cross in 45 or Gatwick in under an hour. I’m friends with all the neighbours, no trouble there and there’s a massive park just 2 minute walk away. The room has a nice window that gets morning light with a desk in front of it. There is a large spacious living room with comfy sofas, and a kitchen with any and all utensils you might need.

A bit about me… I’ve been here over two years making it more homely with plants and paintings and such, I’ve got a girlfriend who visits every week/other week, and I work a couple jobs so you’ll probably have the house to yourself a lot especially if you work from home.

In my eyes there are only two real caveats. One is that the main cupboard you would have access to is in the living room (this could be solved with under bed storage) and there is an arrangement with the downstairs neighbour to not use the living room past 10 on weekdays as there is something wrong with the floor that makes far more noise below, he’s a nice guy though and if you ever want to use it past that time just give him a heads up. This is however the main reason for a competitive price :)
