The room is only available from 29th November to 19th December. As I am subletting my room, while I am away

Has direct access to bus stops outside with great transport links with a 10-15 min Walk to Edgware or Queensbury Station or can hop on a bus and 25min into Baker St from Queensbury.

As present there is just me in the property apart from landlord.

It's a very clean and tidy place, looking for someone pleasant, polite and respectful with a mature mindset that will enjoy living in the area in a peaceful home.

There are 3 bathrooms located on each floor with access to the first-floor bathroom on the same floor.

The property has a garden that also backs onto a lovely park within a 2-3 min walk to the entrance so great to enjoy in the summer, go for a walk or run.

The place comes with access to a shared Kitchen fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker etc.

All bills (including wi-fi) are included.

The deposit is one month’s rent + the first month's rent is payable in advance.
