This is 3 bedroom end of terrace house with a large drive that fits three cars. It also has a large conservatory and a recently refurbished back garden.

There is a double room available for rent which has built-in wardrobes. The room can be provided furnished or un-furnished. The room is in immaculate condition and recently refurbished. I have attached photos but if you want more, let me know.

The house contains a large living room which is kind of split into two. One side is the dinning area, whilst the other side is the seating area with a brand new super TV (includes Netflix subscription). There is also high speed fibre optic internet in the house. The living room leads into the conservatory which leads into the garden.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor. It includes an integrated dishwasher and washing machine. It is fully kitted with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave etc.

All the bedrooms and the bathroom is on the first floor. I have attached a floor plan so please refer to this for further information.

The house is a 5 min walk to Mill Hill Broadway overground station, which will take you into the city in 25 mins. It is also a 10 min walk to Burnt Oak underground station (Northern line). There are also bus stops outside of the house.

I am 38 years old and work as a civil servant. On average, I work three days from home and two days from the office (which is based in Canary Wharf).

I have a husky and her name is Zoe, she’s 2.5 years old. She is incredibly well behaved and super friendly. She loves people and dogs and she has been trained to be on her own when I attend the office.
