All rooms are available from 7th June. £660-720 per month, including all bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband and council tax). Room 2 is not available from 18/8/24-18/2/25. Room 3 is available after 6/12/24). Currently prefer short-term rentals (1 - 6 months), females preferred. No smoking/pets.

Parking available at extra cost.

There are two cats living with me. They'll only stay in my room and will not go to any shared area.
