Almost single use of private family-size bathroom (I have my own ensuite), the other occupant is only home at the weekends. Double-door wardrobe, desk, 2-sets of drawers (large and small), Shelving.

- 4 mins walk to Canons Park tube station, HA8 (Jubilee Line) and bus stops serving the 340, 186 and 79 bus routes.
- 3 min walk to canons park parade with convenience stores including tesco express, shops, hairdresser, food mega store and restaurants, Canons Tandori and Melissa (my favourite Turkish restaurant in London).
- 3 mins walk to Canons Park, weekly park runs, lovely cafe.
- 5 mins walk to Private lawn-tennis club (Acorn)
- Residential road in North London.

Parking is possible by agreement and extra cost. Parking restrictions apply Mon to Friday from 2-3pm on our road, but some roads, close by, have no parking restrictions.

About Me:
I am a fit and active lady, I go for morning walks every day; I am a widow and looking for another professional female to share my home with myself and another Italian mature lady, who comes home at the weekends only. My adult children (28 and 31) have moved out, but come to visit often. I have a small black cat, her name is Kitty; She is very independent but over time she's likely to come to your lap or even to visit your room. Work from home is a possibility, but only by agreement and extra cost. I work in education in a primary school, full-time Mon-Fri. I am looking for a female post-grad / professional to share my home with me and the other Italian lady. We are both very tidy and clean, so no messy house/ kitchen or bathroom. We enjoy chatting, but respect, honesty and consideration is a MUST.
