Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to occupy my 2nd bedroom here. I have 2 cats here so you got to be fine with pets. I live on the top floor. I'm preferably looking for someone who doesn't wfh so frequently at home or have a full time office job as I am always at home myself.
The room is furnished with a convertible single/double size bed, a standing desk, and a clothes shelving. I'm flexible with length of stay. You need to be able to look after and clean the space as its shared with me and its also a new flat so I'm looking for a responsible person.
I have car park which im not using at the moment but im charging £200/month if you need a space to park your car (its secured gated).
The flat is 5mins walk to the main bus station and tube beside it.
Plenty of Supermarket just downstairs as its on the high street.
