The available room is located on the lower floor and can be customised to your taste—for example, choosing a neutral paint colour.

There is a bathroom downstairs that would be just for you so you would effectively have your own private bathroom.

We both work in real estate and finance, and we’re easy-going, friendly, and hoping to find not just a housemate but someone we genuinely get along with. The renovation works are expected to be completed by the end of January.
