Double room in 2 bed flat- bill included

Hi! I’m Jacky and I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room at the end of our tenancy on 20th March.

The flat is fully equipped and the room has been recently painted, it also includes a TV ( I have a spare one I don’t use so you can have it!)
I travel a lot and work long hours, so you’ll have the flat mostly to yourself.
£937pm bills included, 5 weeks deposit. Students welcome but you’ll need a guarantor. I was on universal credit for a couple of months and they didn’t mind, the agency is good as long as you can proof you can afford it.
The flat is on a second floor without lift.

The flat is in Edgware, right next to the station (I can literally see the trains from my window).
Travel times to central London:
• Camden: 20 min
• Tottenham Court Road: 30 min
• King’s Cross: 30 min
• London Bridge: 40 min

We’re also 5 minutes by bus from Cannons Park (Jubilee line) and Mill Hill Station.
There is a shopping mall (big Sainsbury’s, Poundland, boots…) and gym just 2 minutes away.

It’s a calm area (not a party zone), but there are parks and restaurants nearby.
I come home very late and have always felt safe, especially because of how close the station is!

Just be clean and respectful.
I don’t mind if you work from home or like having people over sometimes. I’m very easygoing as long as there is communication and respect.

ABOUT ME:
I’m from Spain, I’m 31 and I work part-time with SEN kids. The rest of the time I’m a history content creator, writer, tour guide, and director. I used to work as a makeup artist and tour with bands.

I also have my own show in Madrid (I can tell you more when you come for a viewing) and I’m publishing my first book in April.
I’m creative, love plants, books, rock music and true crime documentaries.
I’m vegetarian and usually cook at home, but most days I just make a quick salad before work.
I’m very outdoorsy and spend most of my time outside, and I travel abroad around 3 months every year.
