Description
Large double bedroom available in property very conveniently located for both road and public transport links.
Shared area includes a modern kitchen, bathroom, shower area, as well as a shared lounge area to relax in. Kitchen contains all usual requirements such as Washing machine, Fridge freezer (x2), Microwave, Oven/Hob etc.. There is also a reasonably sized rear garden for private access. This gives the opportunity to enjoy time outside the room, or relax with housemates, friends etc. Bills are included, except for shared utility bills (which are usually low when properly managed).
This room is ideal for a professional who wants their own space, that includes a reliable and well served, secure Broadband
connection (with Wifi access throughout the property). Hence, a good option for anyone who wants to work remotely/hybrid in a well managed IT environment.
Current housemates include Rita, who is Hungarian and in her 30s. She works in health and fitness and has a passion for cooking, nutrition, and wellness. Hannah, my daughter, is in her late 20s and works remotely in media. She shares an interest in wellness and lives in the house on a rotational basis, as she frequently travels to Ireland. Both are clean, respectful, and would love to welcome someone with similar values. If you're interested, they'd love to hear more about you and what you're looking for in a home! Oh and the most recent addition, Rita's cat - Leo!
Location:
This is an ideal location for access to the M25/M1 so all of London is easy to get to. In addition, the property is only 4 minutes walk from Queensbury tube station, so again ideal for anyone working within reach of Central London (Baker St only 20mins away, and now the Jubilee/Metropolitan trains are running every, typically 2 to 5 minute intervals). In addition, for those who enjoy a late night in London, there are 24 hour underground services as well as a 24 hour night bus service that runs through central London, and links up with many areas for 24 hour access. While the local roads can be busy, there are many local options to visit lovely quiet areas, with many parks/nice walks to escape to. For shopping options there are many large Super-stores, Shopping Centres, etc.. within short driving distance. In addition there are 2gyms within walking distance as well as a football training ground, with bar and restaurant.
***We will be hosting viewings from Tuesday the 12th of November - let us know a bit about yourself and when suits you for a viewing/your ideal move dates.**
Looking forward to hearing from you.
