Large Double Furnished Room in Elm Park

I have a very nice Single room available only a short walk to Elm Park. It has use of shared Kitchen & Bathroom, and there is a locks on all bedroom doors. Off Street Parking. All the bills are included for £150 PW. There is no deposit to pay, however I will require a minimum of a weeks rent or a maximum of a Months rent upfront depending on how offend you get paid. Plus I need the last Months rent of your stay (The Notice Period) paid up front, therefore to move in I would need a minimum of £800 for weekly paid . Or £1,300 for monthly paid. Thanks John
