Big double room in a modern house with 1 other.

Hi there, my current Housemate is moving out on the 02nd January.

The room itself is a large double with built in wardrobes and overlooks the garden.
It's only me who lives here (I do have two house cats) so it's a nice quiet, and clean house, that's been renovated since I moved in.
Nice spacious living room with a large smart TV, fully furnished kitchen, fast 2GB broadband. Bathroom is upstairs, and there is a 2nd toilet downstairs.
There is plenty of free off street parking just outside the house. You would be just a few minutes walk from elm park station and the high road with all the amenities, and great transport links into central london.
