Hi,
I am a live out landlady, who has rooms to rent in Elm Park / Hornchurch (East London / Essex). The house is a 5 min walk from Elm Park underground station which is on the District Line and offers easy access into London and excellent transport links to mainline stations Upminster and Romford where there is a direct train to Liverpool Street. The area is lovely, pretty quiet and very safe. Hornchurch High Street is a stonesthrow away where there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs and Romford, which is great for shopping and nightlife, is a 10 min drive away.
Rooms are from £350 - £475pm and all tenants are required to pay a months rent in advance plus a security deposit. Council tax, fast broadband and water is included in the rent, however gas is on a metered basis which is split by room and paid for by the tenants and electricity is billed monthly and also split and paid for between tenants. There is also a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas within the house for which there is a weekly charge of £5. 00 per room, p/w.
I am looking for professional housemates who are clean and tidy. Non smokers are preferred, as are single people, however, couples will also be considered.
Single room is available from 11th Feb and the double from 1st March. Contracts are given on a rolling month basis.
