There is a full bathroom on ground floor, and a full bathroom on the first and Loft floor. An open plan living and kitchen with a back garden.

House is centrally heated through Hive Smart Heating management system. Temperature is set on auto control to maintain 21 degrees C (mostly reads 22 degC), with an alarm set to 18 degrees C to avoid frost/cold in the house.

Utilities: Electric, gas, water, council tax bills are included. However, a fair use policy applies.
Property is equipped with high-speed sky internet which is complimentary.

Property is fitted with 24/7 CCTV. One camera at entrance corridor covering main door, two to cover the front of the house, one to cover the backyard entrance, and one to cover the rear side of the house.

Professionals are welcome. Landlord travels frequently due to work reasons hence mostly not around.
