There are two bath-rooms, plenty of parking space and a well kept garden with a patio area. The property is a lovely home set in a quite, safe, residential road.
Elm Park Station (district line) is a 10 minute walk away which runs from Upminster to London and provides links to main-line stations Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street from Upminster or Romford.
Hornchurch and Romford town centers are a 10 minute drive or a short bus journey and offer lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping mall to visit.
We are looking for a person who is tidy and considerate towards other house mates with regards to noise levels etc..
