Single room, newly decorated and available in a quiet shared house just a short walk to Elm Park tube Station. The room has its own security lock, All Utility bills are included within the rent. There is a shared Kitchen & Bathroom. No deposit to pay, but i do require a minimum of the first weeks rent & the last four weeks rent (The Notice Period) so when you give notice to leave you will NOT be required to pay the last 4 weeks rent as you will have paid it up front when you moved in.
