Elm Park Single Furnished Room close to Station

I have a very nice large Single room recently decorated available for rent in a quiet house with nice tenants. There are locks on all bedroom doors with shared Kitchen & Bathroom facilities. Only a short walk to Elm Park Station on the District Line. The rent is £160 PW (£694 PCM) there is no deposit, however I do require the First Months rent and the Last Months rent to move in. The last Months rent will only be taken into consideration once you give me notice to move out & once you do then you won’t pay the last Months rent as it would have been paid up front when you moved in.
