Double room available, close to Elm Park Station

I have a very nice Large Double room available in Carfax Road, Elm Park which is very close to Elm Park Tube Station. It has use of a shared Kitchen & Bathroom. All Bills are included & there is locks on all the doors. I have 2 parking bays in front of the house and there is additional parking in a side street. There is no deposit required, however I do charge for the First Month & last Month of your stay up front, Therefore to move in it’s 2 Months money & once you give me a Months notice to leave you don’t need to pay that last month as it would have been paid up front when you moved in.
