I am looking for a flatmate to share the two bedroom flat I live in. It is a fully furnished luxurious large double room and a shared living room with an American style kitchen, available to rent from the 1st of September. The flat is situated right at the center of Enfield Town and close to all local amenities. It is 1 minute walk from Enfield Town train station (North London) and from bus stops. It takes 30 minutes by train to Central London, there are direct trains to Central London every 15 mins during the day. The flat is very clean with a regular cleaner lady coming in regularly. There is a large screen TV in the living room where you can watch Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple tv, freeview etc. The flat has broadband connection, washing machine, oven, dish washer, fridge, microwave tumble dryer etc. The flat has wooden floor throughout, it is a very modern and secure flat with well mannered and quiet neighboors. The bathroom has underfloor heating and always dry and very clean. The flat is always very warm and cozy in the winter, It has a very good insulation, so no need to worry about cold :) I am a professional, easy going, open minded person who likes to chill out after work over a drink and like a nice chat now and then, also very respectful and considered of other people's privacy. I love going to opera, ballet, theater, cinema and I love all types of sports events, also learning new languages and meeting people from different cultures. Also, I am away some weekends so you can have the flat for yourself.
