The road is relatively quiet and there is street parking available. Driveway parking is available for an additional cost.
There are many transport links nearby. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to either Ponders End Station or Southbury Station. There are also number of bus stops and a bus garage within walking distance as well.
We are looking for a non-smoker, ideally female as it is a family home.
