Huge room in homely Gordon Hill / Enfield cottage

Come and live in a bright, double room in a Victorian house in an appealing neighbourhood. I’m looking for a relaxed and friendly person, someone who appreciates a peaceful home suited to post-work downtime.

You’ll live in a leafy area with a village feel — with country walks, pubs, cafes and antique shops on your doorstep and good access to central London, it’s the best of both worlds.

Transport: 45mins to Liverpool St, 35mins to Highbury (Victoria Line).
Nearest stations: Gordon Hill and Enfield Town

You’ll get the spare (larger) room in my house with superfast broadband, smartTV
and communal living/dining access. In warmer months, you can unwind in the garden with a book and a glass of wine. I do much of the cleaning so long as you do a little when asked. I provide pans, crockery, and cleaning basics and manage all bills but keep a kitty for toiletries.

I'm easygoing and looking for someone who appreciates and will help maintain a homely environment. As you’ll live in my home, I hope we can work together to keep the place clean. I work in education so my ideal roommate commutes on weekdays and is friendly, considerate, and independent.
