THE ROOMS (All Bills Included)
💜 Room 1: French Chic (£795 pcm) A bright, elegant double room with silver mirrored furniture, Venetian blinds, and a stylish, boutique-hotel feel.
💚 Room 2: Boho Garden View (£775 pcm) A light-filled double room overlooking the garden. Features shabby chic wardrobe, under-bed storage, and a relaxed, natural atmosphere.
SHARED SPACES
Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped (oven, microwave, designated food cupboard).
Lounge: Classy communal space with modern sofas.
Bathroom: Large shared bathroom with a hot-tub bath & shower.
Garden: Beautiful large space with raised beds—perfect if you enjoy growing your own veg.
Tech: Two ultra-fast broadband connections (ideal for WFH).
THE HOUSEHOLD We are a clean, eco-conscious family home. Currently a vegan household (not mandatory for you, but a love for plant-based munchies is a plus!). We value privacy but enjoy the occasional shared meal. As the live-in host managing the home, I ensure everything stays peaceful and well-maintained.
LOCATION & COMMUTE
Train: 10-min walk to Enfield Lock Station (Zone 6).
Direct Lines: Tottenham Hale (15 mins), Stratford (25 mins), Liverpool St (30 mins).
Lifestyle: Moments from the River Lea, Cheshunt Lakes, and Body Factory Gym.
PETS: We are animal lovers and are happy to consider small caged or tank pets only (e. g., Tortoise, Hamster, Gecko, Goldfish).
Sorry, strictly NO cats or dogs. We maintain a very clean, hair-free home with high-quality furnishings, so we cannot accommodate free-roaming animals.

Flexible Stays: Open to short lets (from 1 week) to rolling monthly stays.
Perfect for: Contractors, professionals between moves, or international visitors.
