Lovely en-suite in Enfield-3min walk to station

Myself and my boyfriend are looking for a nice professional female tenant for our single but spacious en-suite room downstairs. My mother lives with us but spends most of her time abroad, back home. Our house has a large garden, driveway, new kitchen and all bills are included! The room lends itself to privacy as it is downstairs with an en-suite and our bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs. We are a 3 minute walk away from Enfield lock station which has trains that can take you into the heart of London in 20 minutes. Enfield island village is a 10 minute walk away and has a Tesco, gym and library. Enfield highway is also a 10 minute walk away, there you will find ordnance unity Centre, Lidl and many bus routes across north London.
