Single room to rent

Single room to rent in 1890's 3-storey Townhouse with south facing garden, shared kitchen and shared bathroom all on the lower ground floor and a second toilet on top floor. The single room is on the middle floor of the house with no other bedrooms on that floor.

The house is occupied by myself the landlord and owner of the property full time and my two teenage daughter's live in the property part-time. We have a cat called Rue who is very calm and will stay out of your way if you're not into cats!

I'm a single parent and work as a Digital Consultant, usually in a hybrid working pattern, so in the office 2/3 days a week and WFH the rest of the time.

Rent includes broadband, water, council tax and TV, Gas and electricity. Ideally looking for a student, young professional or someone who works shifts in the care industry or NHS for a 6month minimum period as initial trial and if all goes well, to continue indefinitely.
