I live in a well-maintained Victorian semi-detached house with a shoes-off policy, situated on a peaceful road, adjacent to a park with tennis courts. I share the house with two indoor/outdoor cats.

The available Monday to Friday bedroom is spacious, with a double bed plus storage for your belongings. The provided Linens would be changed every two weeks and towels weekly.

Along with the bedroom, there is access to a roomy kitchen, and a dining area equipped with a TV. The property has a shared bathroom, laundry facilities are available, and there's access to the garden should you wish to smoke outside only.

I’m looking for a clean, fairly neat and considerate tenant who is after a room in London due to work. Ideally, the lodger should request in advance if they intend to host guests or visitors, which should be done in rare cases.

There are multiple local shops nearby, with Gordon Hill Train station approx. 10 mins walk away, and Enfield Town overground station around 20 mins walk or 6 mins bus away. The road isn't restricted so parking and using a car is also an option.
