Double Room for single let -super clean £850pm

Peaceful and very clean short term let only, newly refurbished house surrounded by nature in Bush Hill Park. You will be sleeping and waking up next to the trees, in a 3 storey house on the top floor, with two flights of stairs to climb. Great for transport into Central London - 20 mins to Kings Cross, 30mins to Liverpool Street. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. You will often be in the house alone as I work away for days at a time. You will have sole use of the bathroom shown. I am looking for someone who goes out to work or studies, but wants a short term let for up to 4 or 5 months. Alternatively, this would be ideal for someone who needs to be in London for a few weeks at a time but every month.
