En1 - Double Room To Rent

Furnished double room to rent in a well presented house. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. I am clean and look after my home so I am looking for the someone who is friendly and will do the same. I am a home based nail technician and my hours are from 10am - 7pm if fully booked but it varies each day. I am quiet so won’t disturb you and I have a section in the living room where I carry out my work. Bulls are all included and tenants will be referenced. Looking for professionals ideally.
