The house is located in Business Area Brimsdown, which has many warehouses.
8 minutes' walk to Brimsdown station, where trains run to central London.
Excellent transport connections, including to Stansted Airport.
Buses in the area: 491, 191, and 307 (3-minute walk to the bus stop).
5 minutes from the house you will find shops, Chinese restaurants, fast food, McDonald's, post office, and Albany Park with free sports facilities (15-minute walk).
All bills are included, such as cleaning, gas, heating, internet, water, council tax, and home security.

*Small Room*
Rent: £115 per week (bills included).
Deposit: £200.

*Large Double Room*
Rent for one person: £175 per week (deposit £350).
Rent for two people: £220 per week (deposit £550).

Minimum notice period for moving out: 2 weeks for both single and double occupancy.
All rooms are ready to move in and are fully furnished.
