Lovely Double Room in Enfield Chase – Looking for a Long-Term Lodger

We have a lovely double room for 1 person available in our home, very close to Enfield Chase station and local bus routes.

I live here with my husband, so there would be only three people in the house. We are both working and have a quiet, peaceful lifestyle.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and working person who is looking for somewhere to call home for the longer term.

We are not a party house 😊 We both work hard and really value having a calm and comfortable home, so we are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, respectful and considerate.

We would prefer someone who doesn't smoke, doesn't have problems with alcohol or drugs, and doesn't regularly have friends or other people coming over. We are happy to have a chat and get to know each other, but we really want our home to remain a peaceful place for everyone.

This would be an informal live-in lodger arrangement, rather than a standard tenancy.
