Lovely double room with en-suite in EN2

Hello!

I have a lovely bright furnished double room which comes furnished with a double bed, blinds and black out curtain. It has a massive built in wardrobe that has hanging space, drawers and shelves. The room has a comfortable sized ensuite. Our kitchen is kitted out with a dual washer/dryer, dishwasher and full sized fridge and freezer. We have a lovely shared living space with a big couch and TV.

The house itself was completely renovated right before we moved in (just over a year ago) and so is still very fresh with new carpets and freshly painted throughout. There is a shared parking space out the front off-street. All bills are included and WIFI, with underfloor heating in living and rads in bedroom

The flat is 5-10min walk from Gordon Hill, which has trains into Moorgate in 40minutes. The Enfield Town overground station is 15-20mins walk, and the Oakwood Tube Station (picadilly line) is easily accessible by bus. The W9 stops right outside, and goes right to Chase Farm hospital.

I am the live in landlord, I am a bubbly 43yo I work alot and I am socialable always up for a chat, but will be respectful of your space.

I seeking a kind, friendly sharer to take the double room with ensuite. I do have some flexibility with move in dates if you need the room earlier, just let me know and we can see if we can work something out. No couples, and no smokers please!

I am a professional who works 5/6 days a week, the house has two small dogs and 3 cats very friendly ( cats mostly live outside ).
