I have two options available.

The second option consists of two rooms, a bedroom with built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and desk chair. The second room has a sofa and book cases and could be used as an office or sitting room. This is now taken, so there are two professional lady tenants.

The two new tenants share one bathroom, the existing tenant has her own. She also has a small dog, a Pomeranian.

There is a further toilet on the ground floor and lots of storage.

There is a garden and the property is right next to a large park, 2 train stations (Southbury Road and Enfield Town), several supermarkets, a cinama and a number of restaurants. It is also very close to a leisure centre and many large green areas are close by such as Forty Hill and Clay Hill, Crews Hill and Trent Park.
