I have an en siute room available. It is a 22 squaremeter large room newly painted with king size bed,, desk and desk chair and 2 very large built in wardrobes.

The tnew tenant will share the bouse with two ladies.

There is a further toilet on the ground floor, main bathroom on 1st floor and lots of storage.

There is a garden and the property is right next to a large park, near 2 train stations (Southbury Road and Enfield Town), several supermarkets, a cinama and a number of restaurants. It is also very close to a leisure centre and many large green areas are close by such as Forty Hill and Clay Hill, Crews Hill and Trent Park.

I will only consider very clean individuals who take care as if it were their own. I am looking for a person who has perhaps rented out their own property for whatever reason and needs a place in London/closer to work.
