Single room close to Bush Hill Park station

Single room 5 minutes walk from Bush Hill Park Station. The house is situated on A10, easy access to M25. Bush Hill Park station provides easy access to central London (25 min to Liverpool street). Two busses stop in front of the house going to Enfield or Turnpike lane. All roads around are free to park.
The house consist of 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. We also have a garden.
Current tenants:
1 couple and 2 females, we also have 3 cats.
All of us are working professionals and we respect our privacy, but we also love to get together and have a coffee in the garden. We are looking for a flatmate that also respects privacy and has an understanding of shared living.
