Hi! I’m looking for a positive, self-sufficient person to share my quirky, characterful home. I’m a retired educator who loves to travel, so most of the time the house will be peaceful with just two tenants.

2-3 minutes walk for buses to Enfield Chase, Edmonton Green, Oakwood, Barnet, Waltham Cross, Turnpike land and a few more from Town

Three bedrooms, another room to be rented next year.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs. The kitchen is shared, the tenants will have their own lounge and dinning area. Double room, with ample wardrobe space, work area and shelves to accommodate personal items.
Small laundry room.
Keen gardening welcomed.

Can you look after the house while I’m away traveling?

Keeps their area and the shared space tidy
Takes care with household keys and security
Is considerate about noise, especially early mornings or late nights as this is not a party house.

Other things to know:
Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area
ID, proof of work status, previous rental references check will be required before moving in
