Room in a semi-detached cottage in Enfield

We are in North Enfield, very near Hillyfields park.

I am a live-in landlady, I know the live-in thing gets a bad rep, however I am open minded, easy going and accommodating.

What you need to know: 
There is Wi-Fi :)

The ROOM (med/large)
Light and bright south facing and has good variable lighting for night time.
Double bed with two mattress toppers, very comfy, has space under for storage.
Built in wardrobe is the full height of the room, 2 small chest of drawers and a shelving unit,
An arm chair
A "desk" i. e. extendable table and chair.

The HOUSE
Victorian semi-detached cottage
Big well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, one bathroom and garden.
On street parking but usually space in front of the house, we don't have a car and it's a quiet road.
We have No pets at this time but are pet friendly!
For The Hypoallergenic - we used to have a dog Bella, it's nearly two years ago we lost her, still so missed.

SHARING (two of us)
Sebastian:
my son,24, respectful, sociable, into tabletop role playing games, just finished at Brunel university and did games design specialised in board game creation and music.
He is house trained and polite to boot!
Me:
I'm Catrina and reserve the right not to disclose my age, as no-one believes me anyway, they all think I'm Sebastian's big sister, as god is my witness, twice in the last month (I think half of Enfield needs glasses)
I've had so many out there off the wall jobs because I'm "Arty", long story short, lately I'm trying to get back to my creative roots and try my hand at painting instead of metal work.

The VIBE:
We eat healthy, lots of veg but are omnivores so there is meat and fish in the fridge, which is always covered.
This is a supportive caring house, we are very inclusive; LGBTQA+ - all the rainbow, embracing difference, but calm and peace are deeply appreciated, communication is key.

THE AREA
Safe, no worries about walking around alone any time, neighbourly, green and leafy, good local walking and park land, essential shopping in Enfield Town and low-key mostly acoustic live music in local pubs.

TRANSPORT
9/11 mins walk to the nearest train station Gordon Hill , goes into Moorgate or change at Finsbury Park for the tube and national rail hub.
The next nearest Enfield Town train station is a short bus trip OR 20 minutes walk, trains go into Liverpool Street or change at Seven Sisters for Tube.
Nearest tube station Oakwood on the Piccadilly line, operates 24 hrs at the weekend (coming home late, 10 minutes bus from Oakwood to Windmill Hill War Memorial, then 15-minute walk)
M25 10 mins drive to junction 25. Parking on the street outside the house.
