The lovely part of North Enfield, near Hillyfields park & Gordon Hill Station. Free roadside parking. Open minded, accommodating Live-in landlady.

The ROOM (large 3m x 4.5m)
Light and bright south facing overlooking the garden so it is quiet.
Double bed with double mattress toppers, very comfy, has space under for storage. The built-in wardrobe is the full height of the room.
I am prepared to swap out furnishings, except for the bed because I just can't store it

Clean-big well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, one bathroom and garden.
Free on street parking.

We have No pets at this time but are pet friendly!
For The Hypoallergenic - we used to have a dog Bella, it's two years ago we lost her, still so missed. So we are positively pet friendly.

SHARING (two of us)
Sebastian:
my son,24, respectful, sociable, into tabletop role playing games, finished at Brunel University last year where he did games design specialised in board game creation and music.
He is house trained and polite to boot!
Me:
I'm Catrina and reserve the right not to disclose my age, as no-one believes me anyway, people think I'm Sebastian's big sister I think half of Enfield needs glasses.
I've had so many out there off the wall jobs because I'm "Arty", long story short, lately I'm trying to get back to my creative roots and try my hand at painting instead of metal work.

The VIBE:
We eat healthy, lots of veg but are omnivores so there is meat and fish in the fridge, which is always covered.
This is a supportive caring house, we are very inclusive; LGBTQA+ - all the rainbow, embracing difference, but calm and peace are deeply appreciated.
Communication is key and if I'm looking for anything it would be that, we are happy to mingle or leave you alone to your space, but sharing any house needs respect of each other and communication.

THE AREA
Safe, no worries about walking around alone any time, neighbourly, green and leafy, good local walking / cycling and park land, essential shopping in Enfield Town and low-key mostly acoustic live music in local pubs.

TRANSPORT
Train Stations

Gordon Hill: (I walk there in under 9 mins) Google says 11 mins , Trains go into Moorgate or change at Finsbury Park for the tube & national rail hub, or out of London to Stevenage /Hertford North

Enfield Town: is a short bus trip W8 /191 or 15 -20 minutes walk
Trains go into Liverpool Street or change at Seven Sisters for Tube.

TUBE: Oakwood on the Piccadilly line
operates 24 hrs at the weekend

Driving
M25 - junction 25 -10 mins
Free Parking on the street.
It's a quiet street and we don't have a car so there usually is a spot outside the house.
