I am renting out a room in my family home. I don’t have any preferences but I would prefer to live with a female. Please note, I also live with my cousin who is male.

I would prefer a professional worker as opposed to student. Have to be able to show me 3 months payslips and proof of ID and stay ahead of moving in.
