A lady in her 50s is seeking a Helpful Housemate for their home to give them a little bit of very ad hoc help – no more than 3 hours a week - in exchange for the lower-than-market- rent. There is a friendly and playful 2-year-old labrador.

She is a busy Anglican vicar (parish priest), and very independent and able, but would enjoy having a friendly housemate who would appreciate this lower-cost accommodation and who would also be happy to lend a light hand around the home and in the garden. The Helpful Housemate is also requested to keep their bedroom clean and tidy, and leave any communal areas such as the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy after use.

The accommodation on offer is double bedroom furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, chests of drawers, desk and bookcase, and shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The property is in Enfield, with many bus routes and approx. 10 minutes from Gordon Hill Station (National Rail trains to Finsbury Park – 20 minutes) where it connects to the London underground).

Helpful Housemates usually work or study and have a few spare hours each week to offer a light hand to their Host. The ideal Helpful Housemate will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker.
