Rent is £800 a month, and bills are usually £115 a month per person in summer, to £130 a month per person in winter. Bills include everything - from utility bills to council tax and broadband.

In regard to the property, the flat was built 10 years ago and has all latest features, such as: underfloor heating, solar panels that charge batteries, keeping the property partially off-grid in summer, triple glazing, induction stoves, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system and more.
