Double Room in Enfield

I am looking for a housemate or potentially a couple to move into my spare room in Enfield. The house is near multiple train stations with the nearest being a 10 minute walk or if you prefer to get the bus it wakes about 2 minutes to get to the station. There are excellent amenities within walking distance including shops and gyms. I am open to all types of roommates.

About me: I am 29 and work in London, I am quite active and often out during the week and weekends. I have various hobbies including football, gym, music, socialising etc. I own the house and live in the other room. My current house mate is looking to move out so ideally you would be able to move in early July after they have left.

This is my first time advertising the room on spare room and I am open to negotiation. The price of the room includes all bills.
