Single Bedroom in Terraced house

Clean and tidy room available, back bedroom in my home. New single bed, stripped floor boards, window overlooking back garden. I am looking for student or full time worker, female preferred. The house has central heating and shared upstairs bathroom. Tennant has use of kitchen/diner, garden and downstairs loo. All bills and wifi are included. I expect references and a month’s deposit and month in advance as is customary. Parking is free unrestricted on street.
