Large, bright, beautiful double room...

I am looking for a female professional lodger to share my lovely home with; you would have a very large, bright, newly decorated double room, with huge amounts of storage and a beautiful, serene view out of both windows. The flat is in a quiet safe area on one of the most beautiful tree clad roads in Enfield. The photos will tell you more...

My flat is a very large one, we will share the kitchen and bathroom.

So what else might be of interest?
: there is plenty of free on-street parking
: Bush Hill Park Overground station is less than 10mins walk away. Trains run every half an hour and you will be in Liverpool Street in 30mins.
: Piccadilly line station is a bus trip away (roughly 30mins ride) and the bus stop is a 7min walk
: nearest supermarket is a 7min walk away and we are spoilt for choice for larger supermarkets, all within a 10min drive away
: plenty of gyms around, all within 10min drive; the nearest one is a 15min walk away
: Enfield town centre is a 10min walk - all the usual stores can be found here e. g. Specsavers, Clarkes, Prets, Costa but we also have Next, Monsoon, T K Max, Rituals and of course a very large M&S and Waitrose. There are plenty of eateries and we are spoilt for choice for nail bars
: our GP surgery offers excellent service, has parking available and can be also be accessed by a short bus ride
: We are lucky to have an abundance of beautiful outdoor spaces with parks and nature reserves, all within easy reach
: a cleaner comes every fortnight, your room will also be cleaned

So what am I looking for?
Someone who is quiet, interested in nature and reading, perhaps likes quiet activities; enjoys an evening in, cooking and chilling. I practice Buddhism, meditate and go on Retreats. Having similar interests would be a bonus, though of course, it isn't essential at all.
Being clean and tidy is very important
No overnight visitors are allowed
No noisy music or telephone calls

I will require references from 2 past landlords, passport and a UK Bank/Building Society.
