Have lived in this property for over 20 years and this is my family home so you must be respectful and clean. No credit check is required but 3 months payslips and proof of ID and legal stay would be required to check.
I live in the house too. NO funny males or flirting, you will be blocked.
I’d prefer a non smoker and no pets are allowed. Guests are welcome of course, but would need to be informed of who.
I’m down to earth, a full time civil servant but often work at home, love the gym and don’t take life too seriously. if you’re interested- please let me know! Xx
